67 Hillview Avenue NEWTOWN, QLD 4350

Recent painting inside & out and an updated kitchen and bathroom have restored this wonderful character home to its former glory.

The feel of yesteryear is evident in the timber trims, high ceilings, polished floors and choice of colors used though out the home, yet this home is still very practical for the 1st home buyer, young family or an investor.

Feel safe and secure with your fully fenced yard and the owners have installed 'crim safe' doors the front and back entrances for added security. The 807m2 block has been planted with easy maintained plants which add to inviting feeling of the house and large 3 bay shed (2 roller doors) means that there is room for the whole family and the dog. Walking distance to the city, schools, shops, parks and hotels. Be very quick at only $265,000 will not last long in this market.
