Our team always love a challenge, especially when it involves raising money for our farmers doing it tough through this drought.
Wade Lockrey and Verity Campbell from our Ray White Toowoomba team and Myles Cosgrove our Ray White Rural Toowoomba principal stepped up to take on the #bigdrychallenge during the last couple of weeks – raising $746 for Drought Angels.
To complete the #bigdrychallenge you need to eat a dry Weet-Bix as quickly as you can. Time it and for every second it takes you to finish it, you owe $2 to Drought Angels. The challenge was a lot trickier than it seemed – it’s amazing how hard it is to eat a dry Weet-bix. But it was all for a good cause – to help our farmers by making a donation and ultimately to raise more awareness about the drought!
