8 out of 13 properties SOLD!!! What a sensational result from our in-room auction!

Our team along with the team at Ray White Rural Toowoomba sold 8 out of 13 properties that were put up for auction at our last in-room event.

Co-principal Lindsay Southwell said “it was a great insight into the current market as well as an endorsement of the hard work that our salespeople put into their auction programs”. For Mr Southwell the pleasing part of the night was that the properties sold were not isolated to an area or type but were across the whole market, including farming properties, investment stock, great lifestyle homes as well as two blocks of land sold.

Mr Southwell said this was a clear sign that buyers are now coming back to the market after a slow winter and are confidently looking at all sections of the market.

Wade Lockrey sold two properties under the hammer, one on the west side and one on the east side. Mr Lockrey said “it was clear that buyer confidence had increased with both properties achieving strong enquiry through the campaigns and each having 3 registered bidders. The conversations I am having with buyers at open homes are extremely positive with many wishing to buy now, the perception is a genuine market increase is on the cards”.
